Students should only bring essential items in a lunchbox or carry items by hand during the final days of school.

The East Ridge High School Girls Basketball Program is excited to invite students to participate in our 2nd Annual “1-Knight Youth Basketball Camp” taking place June 8–10!
This 3 day camp is designed to help young athletes develop basketball fundamentals, improve skills, build confidence, and have fun learning the game in a positive and energetic environment led by the East Ridge High School girls basketball coaches and players.
Camp Schedule:
• Elementary School Students: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Middle School Students: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Camp Dates:
June 8–10
Cost:
$125 per camper
Throughout the camp, participants will work on:
• Ball handling
• Shooting fundamentals
• Defense and footwork
• Teamwork and sportsmanship
• Competitive games and skill challenges
Whether your child is new to basketball or already plays competitively, this camp is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with other athletes in the community.

Today we had our 8th Grade FAME Ceremony celebrating the academic accomplishments of our students. We are proud and can't wait to hear about the future success of our Gators Greats! 🐊🎉
This evening we celebrated all of our 6th and 7th graders that earned the FAME Award for excelling academically in school. We are proud of you!
Mayor Chef Keough came in to our Culinary Classes to speak to students and demonstrate Gumbo and an American cuisine dish. Students had the opportunity to taste the different stages of traditional roux and Tasso ham.
Today was such a sweet day for some of our students who went on a community-based social emotional learning field trip.
They got to spend time together outside the classroom, practice real-world social skills, cheer each other on, show patience, use kind words, and enjoy just being kids. These are the moments that remind us how much learning happens beyond the walls of a classroom.
A huge thank you to Minneola Mini Golf and Michell's Tropical Treats in Groveland for welcoming us and helping make the day so special. We are grateful for community partners who pour into our students and help create memories they will carry with them.
